Hey beautiful people, I’m so grateful to be in better spirits to show up in this space fully. At the start of April I hit a plateau with myself and even life.
I could not find the strength to come here at all to write, even the previous post I can admit were forced efforts. I was in a space of avoiding my emotions, over eating to avoid my struggles with control, and feeling stagnant in my physical body. As I’m rising slowly out of those times, I witness those moments as vital to my transformation. The lens through which I see myself have widened. I am letting myself unravel into this now.
Always allow yourself to change course.

to those who are new here. Take a moment to catch up on any old post that you feel called to read. You have come into some newly surrendered times so post will look different moving forward but the heart of it all will remain the same. Being the calm in a story is the theme that permeates my entire existence. I have now come to see this as a super power. As someone who is astrologically earth dominant, being connected to life in my body is everything to me. Cultivating a peaceful experience is vital for my survival and well being. I have a friend who told me something that will stay with me forever. She said “ You are the embodiment of comfort and peace”. Sometimes we really do need to take a step back to see ourselves through the lens of people who care for us.
I’ve settled in on that statement so much since then and what is means. My only answer is simply,
I AM.
There is a unique expression that you embody naturally that was given to you as a gift, a super power, a strength. This gift is deeply for you above all else.
Today I want to share the wisdom of my gift, my essence in hopes that you come to learn to cultivate your own inner peace and slowly morph into your own unique essence.
We are at a point where we can no longer afford to not be self-resourced.
The very places you want to derive peace from (outside) is not equipped to satisfy us in that way.
Becoming self-resourced
~ an awareness that you are the one in charge of your experiences~
In this world but not of it, It is in your power to KNOW your power. It is up to you to be in rhythm with the cycles of YOUR life. Cycles of your life? yes. Although we are all apart of a collective, you must always check in to see how you really feel. Leave space in between to recognize what cycle of life you’re in (it’s always changing). Learn to connect to source within that pushes us to be empowered during times of global disempowerment.
~ will to action + flow over force ~
Being self-resourced is the will to action but not just action for actions sake. It is flow over force and aligned actions. Once you know your power you are always exploring ways to exercise that right for your highest good. Sometimes we fall short of that and need to take a moment to sit in our shit. Going back to my story about what I experienced in the first two weeks of April, eventually my will to change was stronger than the tethering to feeling low. I didn’t want to be there anymore and because it was in perfect timing for me (flow over force) the actions I wanted to take were in alignment with the rhythm of what life wanted for me. You ALWAYS know when it’s time for you to change courses.
Problems are like wet thick mud, they suck you in until your whole body is under.

It is a deeply cultivated relationship with self that says “ I got you in the most gentlest way”. It is deep soul care that extends into wanting to be okay in your body period. It is having internal resources in place that keep you centered. It is knowing what you need when you need it. It is the ability to track and regulate your ecosystem on a daily basis. This is all about creating conditions in your life for your body to thrive. So that looks like taking a moment to reflect on your choices to see what is working and what is holding you back and adjusting where adjustments need to be applied. Is taking a moment to reflect on what is truly valuable to you in regards to your time, energy, resources and most importantly the value we place upon ourselves.
~slow down enough to get to know yourself~
Bring more intention into your life by looking at why you do the things that you do. Make it easier on yourself and take note of what works. The things that work become a ritual to your soul care. You present love offerings to yourself anytime you engage in these rituals. Slow down, get to know yourself, recognize the body that is carrying you through all these moments. Release yourself from the mind and be here now.
