Hi, so I can’t contain my excitement for the news that I’m sharing with you today.

First, The podcast is back. Take a listen.

If you’ve been rocking with me for a while you know that my podcast was formally known as the Watered Woman. I launched it in 2021 during a time in my life when I wasn’t sure of myself. I experienced many emotional waves and I realized just how much I didn’t understand emotions at all. I just wanted a way to feel better so I made the podcast to express how I was feeling.

I didn’t know if people would actually listen, I just knew that it was something that I needed to do for myself with hopes that I wasn’t alone in what I was going through.

AND YALL SHOWED OUT!!!!! Every week people tuned in and appreciated my transparency, and the insight I provided.

Endings are always hard but thankfully there is always a chance to begin again.

The podcast is now renamed Liberation through exploration

YES, IT’S AN EXTENSION OF THIS SPACE.

The episodes may or may not influence my writings and the writings may or may not influence the episode but either way, I plan to just keep spreading authentic expression, & joy.

I remember saying that I would love to be in a space where I speak (do the podcast) and write (the newsletter) at the same time because for so long I alternated between the two.

I felt like I never had enough energy to do them both but I learned that it wasn’t about the lack of energy it was about how much I actually didn’t believe in myself enough. As soon as I would get momentum I would start to doubt myself and switch up my medium of expression.

NOW LOOK AT ME DOING SHIT I SAID I WAS GONE DO!!!!!

I embrace the multi-passionate, dynamic, creative alien weirdo within. I’m putting my soul into all that I create because I want to see who I can become when I don’t hold myself back.

Although the old episodes are still up the newest episode titled

is now ready for you to listen, Let’s unpack our universal obsession with holding ourselves and others to the standard of perfectionism as if humans don’t f**k up :)
